Hello my name is Lawrence Marcuson, I am the Nordicman. I am a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor through NESTA. I have been involved in fitness and athletics all my life, from playing to coaching and officiating.

This is not just a bunch of exercises and a vague meal plan but a full step-by-step plan with daily activities to perform. All you will need to do is follow the plan and coaching and you will lose weight, gain strength, and have more energy to do all the things you’ve dreamed of.

The program consists of 3 parts.

Fitness: You will participate in Fit Camp either live via Zoom (MWF at 6am, 9am, or 5pm) or on your own following the online workouts assigned. Aurilla.jpg

We use Functional Fitness Training. Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability. For example, a squat is a functional exercise because it trains the muscles used when you rise up and down from a chair or pick up low objects. By training your muscles to work the way they do in everyday tasks, you prepare your body to perform well in a variety of common situations.

Nutrition: You will receive coaching to make healthy diet decisions. If you don't eat a healthy diet you won't make the progress you are looking for even with all the hard work you put into exercising. Included is a monthly recipe pack with sample meal plan to make eating healthy easy and delicious.

Mindset: You will receive coaching on eliminating bad & unhealthy habits and replace them with healthy ones. Using the slow change method - My signature Slow Change Coaching Program makes amazing transformations feel natural and effortless by focusing on one change at a time. It will help you form habits that are long-lasting. Slowing down will help you become more effective and ironically, help you reach your goals faster.

You’ll have stronger accountability and support. You can view and record any activities I’ve assigned you. This includes logging workouts, nutrition, uploading progress photos and updating measurements. I’ll be able to keep you motivated and on point by sending you tailored messages through our messaging board.
